20 Tips for Better Life:
- Meditate at least for 10 minutes each day.
- Take a 30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
- Sleep for minimum 7 hours a day.
- Find time for Yoga, Pranayama and Prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives
- Drink plenty of water.
- Try to make at least three people smile each day.
- Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
- Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Think of what you want and not, what you don’t want.
- Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
- Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.
- Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
