Time & Place of Meditation

  • Initially meditating early morning and before sleep in the night helps in making meditation a part of daily routine.

  • At later stage practise meditation at any time, any place and any length of time. Starting from meditating in bed to meditating in bathroom or while eating food or while walking. In office while working or at rest time by keeping eyes open or close as mind likes.

  • Break the shackles of limitations of time & place for meditation and enjoy meditation wherever & whenever possible.
