Self
Knowledge and Comtemplation
|
SELF IS PURE CONSCIOUSNESS.
| |
You are not the physical
body. |
| |
You are not the senses, mind &
intellect. |
| |
You are pure consciousness (also
known as being, self, brahman etc.,). |
| |
Everybody i.e. entire manifestation
has evolved from pure consciousness. |
| |
Everything seen and unseen also
in pure consciousness. |
| |
What is seen is solidified consciousness.
|
| |
Practice the bhava of 'Sarvam Brahmam'-i.e.
everything and everybody is pure consciousness.
|
|
Contemplate: (a)
Sometimes on 'I' being Brahman, Pure consciousness,
Divine being, Self, formless, & eternal without
attribution. (b) Sometimes as everything seen
& unseen as 'Brahman', pure consciousness,
Beings etc., without any distinction and judgment
of good or bad, high or low, superior or inferior,
perfect or imperfect. |
|
Contemplate everywhere
and anywhere without any time, place or situation
restrictions. While talking, while eating, while
walking, while fighting, while watching, while
having fun. Enjoy the joy of contemplation everywhere
and every moment. |

witnesser of the experiences of mind, body &
senses. |

You are the pure consciousness from
whom the entire manifestation has emanated. |
