The main cause for most of our sufferings, irritation, frustration,
anger and depression is high expectations and low acceptance.
Mind has a tendency to generate expectations and vouch for its
fulfillment. People and situations are not bound by our expectations
and hence do not reciprocate. We have the least tendency to accept
life situations as they are and instead have the tendency to feel
bad for shortfall in our expected results. Not only that, even
when the results are as expected yet instead of being happy with
what we have got we expect some more and lose the opportunity
of being happy. Reduce expectations and Increase acceptance for
a happier and joyful life.
