Q: What are the six chakras (centers) in the
spinal cord, where are they and what do they represent?
A: The six chakras (energy centers) are Mooladhara,
Swadhistana, manipuraka, Anahata, Vishuddhi and Ajnya chakra.
These chakras are in the shushumana nadi inside the spinal cord.
The first five chakras represent five elements and the sixth chakra
represents the source of all elements. Mooladhara represents Earth,
Swadhistana represents Water, Manipuraka represents Fire, Anahata
represents Air and Vishuddhi represents Ether and ajnya represents
Pure divine consciousness (the source of all the five elements).
As you meditate on each chakra you start gaining control over
the corresponding element.
