  Meditation - The panacea of Spiritual Growth

Meditation neutralizes the mind and makes it calm, thoughtless and peaceful. Meditation in natural surroundings, in the midst of trees, near water falls, near river, under the rocks, in secluded places or places with least disturbance helps the mind to go into meditative mode effortlessly. Once the mind enjoys such meditative state it gets addicted to peace, it gets addicted to giving joy to others, it starts getting concerned of others, it starts spreading love and affection, it has an multiplying effect on the positive vibration it emanates.
