Meditate - A State of pure being...


  • Meditation is a state of establishing in the self, which is other than body, mind & senses and witnessing everything from the state of self. Meditation is also known as a state of witnessing. Witnessing without judgment, attributes or gratitude's. It's a state of awareness & equilibrium without putting any efforts to control the thoughts and without judgment of good or bad thoughts.
  • Witness the space (thoughtlessness) in between thoughts.
  • Witness all that which is seen while eyes are closed such as light, form, object, colour etc.,
  • Witness everything while eyes are open such as the actions of the physical body & its movements such as eating, sleeping, walking, talking, working etc.,
  • Witness the pleasures and sufferings of the physical.
  • Witness the Joy & Sorrows of the mind including enthusiasm, anger, stress, excitement, peace, conflicts (the various acrobatics the mind resort to because it is unable to be stable) without identifying yourself with them.
  • Witness the actions of others, physical & mental without any judgment.
  • Witness the nature, variety in it and the changes taking place.
  • Consciously be aware of your consciousness.
  • Meditate as you are formless self, consciousness. Be aware of the expansion of your consciousness which is limitless, boundless and infinite, containing in it the entire creation.
  • Similarly, try to be aware of the same consciousness in others. Though others are ignorant of their being the consciousness, yet you are aware of it.
