Fixed time of sleep and waking up,
with minimum 7 hours sleep during night.
Fixed time for Exercises, Meditation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and entertainment.

Food Management:
Eat light, fresh, tasty and easily digestible food.
Eat 2 meals and 1 breakfast everyday.
Food should include little quantity of fresh & raw vegetables and fruits.
Drink lots of water during the day (min 2 liters/day)
Early evening dinner before 8 pm helps in effective meditation before sleep, good sleep during the night and fresh waking up in the morning.
Do not over eat. If you do, then do suitable adjustment in the next meal.
