restlessness.

Other Yogasanas could also be
practiced under the supervision
of a yoga teacher.
Take rest for 1 minute after every
yogasana. In case of any discomfort
while practicing yogasanas, the
same should be stopped immediately
& refer to physician/yoga
teacher
Through Other means:

Proper bed
and pillow management to avoid
morning stiffness in the body
and to avoid cervical spondylysis
& lumbar spondylosis problems.

Avoid sitting,
bending, standing for long periods
at one place in one posture.
Change postures, place &
relax intermittently.
For effective and enjoyable
meditation, initial preparation
is very important which includes
