  • Keep away from conflicts, doubts, confusions as far as possible, carry forward of these things disturb meditation.
  • Keep anger under control. If cannot then at least do not show before others, because it may generate negative vibrations against you which will hamper your meditation.
  • Follow 'FOREBEAR AND FORGIVE' policy.
  • Maintain cordial relations with others so as to make them emanate positive vibrations towards us., it will help us in meditation.
